I DID NOT MAKE THIS!!! But I finally found the most frequently-used sprite effects, and one of the best; and it not being found on google images, I decided to upload it myself so it'll show up. I don't really know who made this or ripped this from mugen, but I found the file from a video made by SecretSuperSonic @ [link] I give credits to him for citing the source and credits to whoever made or ripped the sprites too.

Yes, but I don't speak Spanish, so it would be difficult keeping contact. I'll take two years of Spanish in my junior and senior year of high school though, hopefully. [link]
